By using Cherry Terminal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Cherry Terminal Is

Cherry Terminal is a personal portfolio monitoring tool. It lets you record positions, view live market quotes sourced from Yahoo Finance, and track P&L calculations locally in your browser. It is not a brokerage, exchange, custodian, or regulated financial service of any kind.

3. No Investment Advice

Nothing in Cherry Terminal is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. No content constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

4. Market Data

Quotes are sourced from Yahoo Finance public endpoints and are provided as is. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Cherry Terminal does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any market data displayed.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the app only for lawful personal portfolio monitoring.
• Do not attempt to scrape, abuse, reverse-engineer, or compromise the app or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the app in any way that could harm other users or third-party services it relies on.

6. Service Availability

Cherry Terminal is provided free of charge and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. No guaranteed uptime or service level is offered.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cherry Terminal application, interface, and original content are the property of their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Yahoo Finance data and trademarks remain the property of Yahoo and its licensors.

8. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The app is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are excluded.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cherry Terminal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial loss arising from your use of or inability to use the app or any data it displays. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Consumer Rights

If mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you rights that conflict with these Terms, those rights prevail. EU/EEA consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of habitual residence.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
