These Terms govern your use of Cherry Terminal, a web app for tracking self-entered portfolio data and viewing third-party market quotes.

2. Service Description

• Cherry Terminal provides tools for display, monitoring, and personal organization of investment data.
• No brokerage execution, custody, order routing, or regulated investment service is provided.
• The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

3. No Investment Advice

• Content is informational only and is not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• No content constitutes an offer, recommendation, or solicitation to trade financial instruments.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and executing your investment decisions.

4. Third-Party Market Data

• Quotes and symbol information are retrieved from Yahoo Finance endpoints.
• Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable.
• Cherry Terminal does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party data providers.

5. User Responsibilities

• You must enter accurate data and verify outputs before relying on them.
• You must comply with laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not misuse the app, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with service availability.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the app.
• No unauthorized scraping or automated abuse through the user interface.
• No attempts to bypass security controls.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cherry Terminal application, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party marks and data remain property of their respective owners.

8. Warranty And Liability

• The service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.
• To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including for willful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, and mandatory consumer protections.
• Mandatory rights under applicable EU/EEA consumer law remain unaffected.

9. Consumer Rights

If mandatory consumer law in your country grants additional rights, those rights prevail over conflicting provisions of these Terms.

Governing law and dispute venue should be set to your launch jurisdiction before production rollout.
